Salaryman Tsuyoshi Mukouda is accidentally summoned as a hero to the Kingdom of Reijseger in another world to help defend against their enemies. Pretty much. The LN gives a bit of info here and there.. They ended up nearly enslaved but eventually got away. The girl on the right at 0:35 loses her arm to free herself of an enslavement collar. The three become adventures and marry as a mini harem. Mukouda eventually catches wind and while he doesn't reconnect directly with them, he sends 100 gold and one of Sui's elixirs that regrows the girl's missing arm. Also there is a "what if" story where Mukouda succeeded on convincing the three to get the hell out of Dodge. The four become adventures and Mukouda a merchant as well. They live in a house and become a tight group with the three looking up to Mukouda like a guardian. The girl who lost her arm in the main story is particularly close to him as she enjoys cooking with him. Lastly in a humorous irony the three love and rely on Mukouda's online grocery skill a lot.

You can literally summon whatever you want whenever you want and you never have to carry anything around because you've got unlimited storage space in a dimension without time so not even your food will ever spoil in that dimension... Not the best as a combat skill but it tops everything else in terms of sheer utility and improving your life. Even better because he has access to two markets completely independent of each other with him being the only bridge so he can make an absolute killing in exchange rates. Like the salt and pepper for example, obviously common and worthless in our world but in medieval towns you'd be able to buy an entire mansion with a few pounds of peppercorn just because of how rare it is. You can just become a pepper merchant for a month or two and you're set for life with a billion other get rich quick options, virtually limitless items he can profit on.

Although I am not a big Fan of Isekai, this one is great! I had a lot of fun watching it. I also hope they will be more seasons to come. And then, there is the gluttonous Fenrir who is simply hillarious when it comes to modern day food prepared by Mukohda. I also hope that they will reunite with the party of adventurers from the very beginning.

For real, I just discovered this anime and a just had to read the manga afterwards. Even the novel (best read on kitchen-novels) is fun although the cooking parts might feel like fillers sometimes. But it's still worth reading because of the insane shit that keeps happening further into the story. The anime only covers like 1/6 of the novel, whereas manga only covers about 2/6 of the story
