Based on the skills now - can´t be said. But highest stats team up will be Control Style as the important Inf is from Gen 21 and the Hunter from Gen 20. So they have a stat advantage. Just can be countered if opponent has some RVs on his heroes.

The game is dead, the balancing system make it impossible for f2p or low spenders to have a chance against big spender. there are people who kill full states for nothing

That are toxic states. In my state - we do not burn each other. We strive for agreements during Warfare Stage to not hit at Grey/red zone. So we have some nice SvS. Ofc, if bases are unbubbled before or after....but aside that, i love my state. Good fund there, pretty low to no drama.
