Its a way to manipulate the RNG in your favor, having Bounce on means its one less spell in the RNG pool, increasing the chances of better spells. Same with Heal, use it even if you are at 0% cause you can only get 2 per stock, use both and thats another spell gone, increasing the chance yet again for better spells. Same for Oomph and Psyche Up.

0:06 - 0:20 How did you get the camera to record frame by frame and when the characters are still. That's something I've been trying to learn

That's easy bro. That whole clip is the result of 2 things. The in game replay feature and post editing. He uses the replay feature to do some camera work which has to be done manually (he is recording them with a capture card 0:08, 0:15, 0:17) he takes screen shots of the characters if he needs a still clip (0:10, 0:18) then Pan and zooms the images in his editing software (0:11, 0:18). The slow mo effect is also post editing. Overall that intro must have took a decent amount of time to make (at least it would for me) and is a combination of multiple different clips and images put together. I'm fairly confident this is his method as I have done something similar with my Ike montage on my channel. Hopefully I helped and feel free to ask if you have more questions.
