I have 2 hero Lectro Town master and F6i Both top of the line Problem is spares are not available at all, no support from hero electro whatsoever, you have to deal with the vendors or dealers Hero will not support you directly. They say it’s a company policy. So if you have a problem, you are stuck with it No brake pads available, so as per the dealer, I have to change the entire calibre Batteries will be made available only from the dealer who charges you have to commission and service charge higher No warranty on the battery if purchased additional from hero
