It's actually not that big it's sits right on our counter. I would say it is about the size of a coffee maker.

The subscription is your access to their server to use the machine and the renting of the actual machine.

You mentioned some thing about paying upfront for a year and then $24.99 a month. Where you pay $29.99 a month? And $100 to start.. ?? I’m a little confused could you please explain the pricing.?

Sure.. I'm glad you asked. There is $100 to start your subscription, but they often run specials if you use someone's link to sign up. This is what I did, and I didn't have to pay the $100 start-up. Then, I would pay a $29.99 monthly fee. Now, if you pay for an entire year up front, then I believe it breaks down to about $24.99 a month. You do not have to pay the $24.99 a month it just shows the cost savings. After you pay for the entire year, then there is no monthly out of pocket for you. Now I must tell you that since I have made this video, different insurance companies have started to cover the monthly cost. I have Medicare and Medicaid (it's called Medi-Cal here in California), and they started last month to cover my monthly fee. Medicare pays 80%, and Medicaid picks up the remaining 20%. So I no longer pay anything out of pocket, which is a blessing. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. It has been such a huge asset for managing my health and my life. How many different meds will it hold

It holds 10 meds inside the machine and it will manage 10 meds outside the machine. I have 10 of my meds inside the machine and I have 10 meds in my pill box. But it reminds me to take the ones outside the machine and keeps my full meds list and keeps track of the ones inside and the ones outside the machine. I'll be honest I wish it held all my meds. But only having to "organize" and prepare 10 meds has taken so much stress and anxiety off of me.

You can see if your insurance would cover it. Otherwise, you just have to pay the monthly subscription.

If you put narcotics in it can you lock it so someone can’t come steal them. My dad is about to start using this. Medicare is going to pay 100% of it for him which I think this is new and only offered to medicare people but definitely need to know if it can be locked for narcotics?? Thank you!!

Yes it is locked. There is a key to lock it with. And I'm on Medicare now. I wonder if they would cover mine.

Medicaid will only cover with Medicare… if you have straight Medicaid, they do not accept it.
