What buff do you swap and use? And in the build video, twin artifacts already have a fatal hit probability over, so is there a reason to use them? Thanks to this, I am nurturing doctors comfortably. I appreciate your hard work.

Thank you sir - The buff is using Molten Paw weapon, it will give you a buff that apply buring to enemies. I use that buff for using Caffeinated Container ( + damage on burning enemies ). - I don't understand twin artifacts that you mention. Do you mean the 2 small charm? I just take the expensive charm out of my charm slot. And forgot to take them out. They just a +% Arcane Resistence, not really important.
