@@rishabsharma9122 it's a design fault and in each model.. customer call centre and servicemen are saying company is working on it and will offer new design seat for current users..but I applied full seat cover rather than split..it somehow minimise the problem..but this problem not affecting any functional problem

Hi as there is lot of negative reviews about Vida , how's owner reviews about Vida, I am planning to buy Vida but don't want extra headache after purchase, is there any service , water leakage in boot, performance drop amid drive, noise issue when start after a long period, software glitches in navigation, touch performance related issue currently in Vida. Experienced by Vida owner?

Not everyone is getting a perfect working Vida scooter. 40% of them are complaining of some malfunction in this scooter. So Vida may improve on their manufacturing & testing process now for making a better scooter in the future, but for now, its a not a correct choice to purchase.
