Not everyone is getting a perfect working Vida scooter. 40% of them are complaining of some malfunction in this scooter. So Vida may improve on their manufacturing & testing process now for making a better scooter in the future, but for now, its a not a correct choice to purchase.

Never take hero vida.switch got damaged again which I changed a month ago in the first service. I can't power on bcz the power button is damaged. The ev has the best motor riding comfort but can't switch on. If I can't power on 😡what's the use...

Baki ka pata nahi main to Ather lekar ro raha hu. Koi service nahi, 10000 km chalane ke baad parts nahi milta, Bluetooth connect karne ke liye 10-15 minute chahiye, service centre walo ke pass koi parts nahi, main to dukhi ho gaya.
