Yes, In the Third Chapter, we may get other ways to acquire them. you can see in the Third Chapter Entry a picture of Laboratory Coin

If you think of long-term playing, Then Sewer Tressure can be valuable. I don't know much about Ninja Turtles' battle power. Neither am I interested in playing with him. if you are not sure about anything just make him Red rank and leave it. It can be proved to be beneficial.
