Hi, Here i will show you how to adjust the chain slack of our motorcycle Hero xpulse 200. recommended slack is 30-35mm on the main stand. This can be done on side stand only. process is same for other motorcycles. tools:- 22mm ring wrench 10mm open end wrench 12 mm open end wrench scale to measure. Rope or band to secure front brake. video is slightly long as i have explained few things properly. for English do leave in comments.

No bhai. Agar aisa hai toh ek baar front sprocket ka cover hata ke clean karo and slack adjust karo.

That is tight. Once u sir on bike then try to check the slack it will be very tight

Checked it on regular road use it is good enough slack. For off road i increase it. I weigh only 63kg. Infact it is better than what the service centre keeps. Keep it too tight

Pls don't forget to tightly lock the axel nut otherwise the rest brake won't apply properly.

If you don’t have kgfm measurement on your torque wrench then it’s 67.8 Nm of torque plus minus of 2 Nm
