it's in Disgaea 2, it has a wind element and enemies can have random elemental resistances, one orc can be weak to fire(-50%), strong to ice(50%) and neutral to wind(0%) and the other can be strong to wind(50%), weak to ice(-50%) and neutral to fire(0%), some monsters have passives that completely negate certain elemental damage(Mystic beast is immune to wind, Dragon is immune to fire, Holy Dragon is immune to non-elemental skills(but not basic attacks), Aqua demon is immune to ice).

Fubuki Kitsune funny little thing about the Laharl vs Xenon battle why did Xenon let Laharl go? for what we have seen she has never accepted anything else except for total annihilation of her opponents, yet it preffered to allow Laharl to escape also another funny fact, Xenon escense is the same as Baal (to a certain extent), an aggregate of evil souls (Xenon being one it wanted to add to himself), and as we all know Laharl was able to get Baal to run from him, in the Overlord scale, he is my favorite with Tyrant Valvatorez close behind followed by Zetta (though Zetta is supposedly stronger than Laharl)

Disgaea 2 is the Disgaea I remember most fondly. It had an interesting story, was a step up in mechanics from the original, the characters are great, and it had legitimate twists that I couldn't see coming. I think overall, Disgaea 2 is my 2nd favorite Disgaea game. My personal list would be (in order of favorite to least): D4, D2, D5, DD2, D1, D3.

The second game may be different, but make sure you're NOT using the 10th floors dimension gate. The Exit is a bonus gauge item. I know no other method of getting them.
