I mean, he’s indirectly and directly caused the death of multiple others, as well as manipulated others into being murderers. I mean, he may not be a huge villian, but, he’a still a villian. He’s an antagonist(I guess), a manipulator, and he became kills even after being undead. He’s basically the same as Freddy Kruger(not sure how to spell it) except William is definitely less powerful.
