HeroCraft Test - Ranger Ultimate: Arcane Blasts

Got around to finishing the Ranger. It's not clear what the ultimate does in the video, so here goes:
- It sends "mana blasts" from all nearby mana-using enemy units, to the hero. Mana blasts steal 200 mana from affected enemy units (or lower if the unit doesn't have 200 mana.)
- Upon a mana blast reaching the hero, it gives the hero the stolen mana.
- Once all mana blasts have reached the hero, deals 40 * (mana blasts) damage in a 250 area, and stuns nearby units for 3 seconds.
- E.g. if you've stolen mana from 3 units, the ability will deal 120 damage.
