I agree. I have three bottles all from 2021. The oldest one is a 2.5oz and has a nice dent. Been using it for almost a year. It performs very well. Two newer big bottles don’t perform as well yet. I believe they get better with time. Hope yours will. The scent is incredible

I was just telling a friend of mine that I ordered a vial of Pegasus around November of last year. I wore it yesterday and it smelled much better, fuller and sweeter. It was a much better experience. I think herod will be the same. I'll re-review if so

My brand new Herod isn’t strong but smells amazing. I’m going to let it sit with the cap off for a while and see if that changes anything. I’m not giving up on Herod because it smells incredible

On my skin this is easy a 8 hour scent with 2 sprays and I got the reformulated batch. Plus I don’t like when perfumes project for half a mile who wants to really choke people out like that some of these influencers tell you to spray 5-6 times that’s fucking crazy. A arms length or half of projection is enough specially if you’re in a professional setting. I’m not into scents that linger even after showering so it lasts the perfect amount of time.

I have the same results as you performs well for me. Im olive skinned Italian/Arabic. If you ever listen to Aaron, Terrence Hughes, the perfumer, he claims that people with olive skin Mediterranean Middle Eastern have better results with certain perfume types.

Keep it real man! I sampled it and agree, it smells really good, but after 3-4 hours, it becomes a skin scent. Good for wearing it at home or in close settings I guess.

I just ordered mine like an hour ago , that's why i discover your channel , and i appreciate your honesty (its a rare thing this days with influencers) . I really hope mine will perform better ( but i highly doubt) i really love the way it smells , but if it performs like you describe it , thats a big problem , because all my PDM bottles perform decent if not beast (like Carlisle and Layton) .

Man, you gotta try my older 2014 bottle when the juice was blood red. It does not have the projection or performance issues of the newer bottles. I suggest finding an old bottle and letting that one macerate longer.

Bro, did you try the Maison AlHambra - Hercules? It's the clone of Parfums de Marly Herod. Longevity is great. I will say ± 85% close. I dont buy Herod because of the performance. Im not a clone type of guy, but Maison Alhambra - Hercules stays in my collection. I will buy a second bottle because its a very good cheapy imo. And yes ive got compliments with stuff. ;) 👌🏼 A good friend of mine has Herod but he was blown away when he smelled Hercules so he bought also a 100 ML bottle. Okay, so this is my advise. Give it a sniff and maybe /hopfefuly you come with another review with this one. Good video. 👍🏻 Greets, David

For 300 dollars I want some projection. I want someone to smell it as they walk past me in the grocery store. Skin scent is only for your girlfriend to smell since shes the only one getting close enough to smell a skin scent. The projection is the only thing stopping me from buying this.

This frag is trash I just got a bottle last week and given it 3 days of 10-12 sprays and it’s a skin scent after 30 mins . I have legit reapplied every hour 3 times at 10 to 12 sprays . Same result Horrible My Carlisle , Layton Exclusif , Pegasus Exclusif are solid but this is trash Pointless and a waste of money I just sent a long ass email to the company and suggest others do the same so they can get their ish on point cause they will quickly fade just as Creed is for this type of business practice that leads to negative feedback in the community. 350$ for a frag you can smell? When you can get niche and designer bangers that are solid for under 100$ or 30-75 dollars . Heated and sending this Herod back after I take it into a PDM boutique here in Beverly Hills and talk ish to them conservatively.
