How to get warp portal?

kill namu. he spawns every 30 minutes in private servers and every 90 in public servers. I think if you're in the top 3 damage dealers to him when he dies you have a chance to get warp portal. Every time you kill namu, your chance to get warp portal will increase. I had to kill him five times before I got warp portal.
