That first move is technically not finished it actually has a 3rd charge but that doesn't have an animation yet so currently it just looks like the 2nd charge but with more damage And for TRUE EVIL there are 2 different animations but it's random which one you get and if you hit all the QTE's and your opponent misses all of them it one shots
