Yeah. I was very unfortunately born after 3 released, so I could not witness it in it's full glory. My childhood's heroes game is definitely the fifth installment. And above is the reason, why. I am so sad that nobody knows nowadays what these games were. Regardless, this series, especially this installment holds a very special place in my heart, uncontested, defining, never forgettable.

@TheWilhazard Tbh, "hope" or "dirt theme" from 4 is the best soundtrack of the entire series. The sea theme from 4 kicks too. They are just so gorgeus. But when we look at each individual game's full ost, I agree, five takes the cake.

Не всегда понимал смыл этой песни, но на фоне битвы "добра и зла" текст песни о дне когда Господь будет судить всех и "воздаст злодеям за злодеяния" , звучит эпично и интересно. Само исполнение правда очень умиротворяющее и поднимающее дух. В этой игре всегда был отличный саундтрек

Heroes 3 is still my favorite, but 5 is a close second.

Она и близко не лучшая в серии. По геймплею, системе артефактов (которых меньше, чем в 3, 4 и 6 частях), и системе боя уступает 3 и 4 частям. За АТВ-шкалу вообще надо руки оторвать. Графика очень спорная, фактически анимешная, а ведь в 2004-2005 году можно было делать графику как в Titan Quest, например. Что хорошо в 5 части, так это алгоритмы развития персонажа и система заклинаний. Но это далеко не всё в игре и того, что есть в 5 части явно недостаточно, чтобы назвать ее лучшей или около этого значения.

@@alekseyworobyov8394 ну и чем же вам всем, свидетелям тройки, так АТВ-шкала не угодила то? Артефактов меньше, да, но где-то примерно на четверть, так что такое. А чем пятёрка уступает в боёвке я вообще понять не могу, учитывая, что бои теперь усложнены разнообразием уникальных расовых абилок, разными ролями героев (которые здесь не тупо книжки с заклинаниями), альтернативными улучшениями существ и, что мне больше всего доставляет, - уникальными расовыми особенностями, как боевыми, так и городскими. Боёвка в тройке крайне однообразна в сравнении с пятой частью, но, возможно, благодаря своей незамудрённости, более сбалансирована и киберспортивна разве что.

@@alekseyworobyov8394 Как по мне 3 - топ, но когда люди говорят что 4-ка лучше 5-ки, можно дальше не читать. Провал везде (кроме саундтрека) и во всем. Продажи четко показали, на сколько сильно они решили отойти от канона и к чему это привело.
