As balanced as it can be when they constantly add new heroes. Because of the nature of these types of games, you can't keep adding new things and expect it to ever be really balanced, but it just has to be balanced enough.

Yeeeaaah. If you don't have anything that can move other heroes, Cain is basically invincible. While I do like heroes that fuck around with the meta, when your new support is literally soloing bosses it might just be time for a nerf. LoL :)

As funny as the fight between Dva and Artanis is at 4:40 I's pretty easy to prevent. For Dva, stop letting artanis auto attack you and reset his trait. Simply back off a bit until his shield ends then q in for kill. And for the red team, don't chase single file like a rabble, seriously split. Ez kills with a little game knowledge.

Deckard is not broken, but he is very strong. There is no other support that actually have three abilities decicated to zoning/peeling like him without any talent upgrade. His healing is very strong provided that his team know how to utilize him. For the pp who say that just focus him, as if he will have no protection from his team on top of his own self peeling with any1 of his 3 CC spells. IMO the best way to deal with him is either massive Long range burst (Liming/Chromie) or AoE burst(Kaelthas, Kel, Jaina) rather than dealing sustain damage. Diving is fine, but u need 2-3 people to commit to a dive because as I said, he can self peel plus his ally can peel for him and on top of that his passive make him bulkier than other supports. Honestly, on maps like Towers, Braxis, Dragon Shire, Battleground, Sky temple he is really strong, so another alternative is just ban him rofl.

Deckard only came out a bit ago. Obviously he would be unbalanced. Blizz is totally going to nerf the potions (if they haven't already) or nerf him somehow, every of the new heroes is pretty broken at the start. (Fenix just team-instakilled with his blast, Stukov had to much healing and damage, etc. It takes time to balance with so many heroes and maps and sh*t. Also, please don't flame me, I'm only writing this cus many people think that those heroes either stay so or every of the people playing that hero are like this. look - I personally have met many deckards by now, and none of them used a tactic close to that up there.)
