First rule since introduction of pets and quests regarding pets: DON'T use up all you neutral stones, so you always can promote a pet, when the quests comes. You will need 1* fodder pets later anyway. Jewels: If you are a new player, the jewels are great. If you are already a seasoned player, then no. Especially as they lowered the amount you can buy in that shop from 5 to 1. So earlier you could get 5 level 5 area jewels or 5 level 5 weakness jewels and creating a level 7 weakness jewel. That was awesome. Now just 1 ... it just takes too much time. NOOOO. Don't buy gold keys. You can get 100 energy for less coins. And then with Santa and red gear get about 2 or 3 runs with each 2 golden keys which will result in 4-6 golden keys for less coins!

Well explained. Still think jewels are worth long term. Lvl 5 is very hard to get odds wise.

@HvHLounge yeah, lets say, if you dont have a good jewel of that type, then yes, buy one. But if you already have a similar one or better you would hardly gain any bonus from even merging it to a level 6 gem. Except if you already have a level 8, 7, 6, 5 gem ready and only need one level 5 to finally cascade craft it to a level 9 jewel. Then it would be worth. I dont like pets too. It has ruined the game somehow. It became much too easy. The hero and his build isnt that important as before. For newer players that might be good for me as somebody close to his "2nd birthday" it is disappointing.

I didn't like them at first, but have since come around. As long as they balance content around them, it should be ok. The ultimates are a fun concept.

@HvHLounge They do add up in a little while, but the first three days or so is rough. I've done this event like 5 or 6 times and I doubt I've come anywhere close to the hero.
