Honestly, looking at the Advisor part and listed duties I think that guy did just that. The game is not woke (from what I'm hearing, I got it, but it landed in the backlog), and it's an indie team. I think the best audio guy would be to talk to Asmon face to face in privacy, but that will not happen. That resume at 3:10? Those "qualifications" are totally meaningless. It's word salad. It means nothing. What are the practical applications of any of that guy's education and qualifications? He has an introductory-level understanding of basic concepts like team leadership and business models, he's been stewing on a bachelor's without completing it for over a decade now, an online certification in LGBTQ+ from Sweden, and "Advanced English". This guy is basically as qualified to "run" something as a Reddit mod. What the hell could someone with this kind of resume actually do, except draw a paycheck and yell at other people? Free piece of advice: generic "leadership" and "business" courses are what people put on a resume to pad it out and look more qualified than they actually are.

If a mid-twenties guy put a resume in front of me and he had like 8 previous jobs, that doesn't mean "wide variety of experience and skills", that means "this guy will either quit or be fired in relatively short order".
