I still can't get over it that maps like these are actually just custom WC3 maps, even though it does that thing where it throws 10 paragraphs of must-read text at you at the very start of the game.

And yet people act like donating to the map maker is some dumb thing to do "Dark: why would you spend money on a player made addon". There are some amazing custom maps that people spend a lot of time on that I would say are better than 60$ games

​@@SolazLive Sure but pay to win on a mod made from a game using their own assets is not constituting as a donation. Donations shouldn't give bonuses to the odds of winning a game. That's a microtransaction with extra steps hiding behind charity. Imo if the game doesn't give you everything it was designed for right out of the box, then it's just a cash grab. Which is 99% of EA, Activision, and mobile platform stuff. I really think gacha type games like this should be considered immoral and unethical. It's just feeding off of gambling addiction.

Wc 3 custom maps never cease to amaze me, especially that pig farmer escape one. That thing is like an indie game all on itself. They fucked up such a good opportunity eith reformed.....

Sad indeed ! blizz gave the community the greatest creative tool ever and then they get all pissy when the community gets creative ! But as with any company that gets a little too big, they just stop caring about "the community" .

Map looks like one of those magic chess games (TFT, DOTA Underlord, etc) with certain combination of units will cause bonus effects on them but it's TD, would like more of these!

you should remember to fully exit the game so you save progress in Heroic origins TD. If u dont close the game after playing u dont gain any of the currency to unlock permanent upgrades

Just a cash grab, got to put endless hours in just to get better equipment. Then that equipment get nerfed then adds something else to collect. Map maker a scum bag. Gotta get carried for first 40 hours of gameplay
