Listening to this is like reading a section without and commas or dots to end the sentences i dont know what it is maybe you could take a short break before telling the next thing you could also structure it by saying the attack first then how to handle it making it more sectioned so it get easier to understand because the way it is now it is like reading what ive just wrote no breaks just one sentence that should have been many sentences thanks for you guides anyways
