I don't wanna be that guy But on blackrock, from 2.15 to 1.45, enemy summons no minis. Of course its doable when that happens. On my seeds, unfortunately, the moment a plague farmer makes contact with either of them, instantly theres a bogbeast, a charging tauren or harpies. So I don't know, maybe I just dont get it.

I would do it with your fast released recommendation, but I wait until the cenarian minis are available, because I want to get this cenarian foliants after achieving the heroics with it :-). Anyhow thanks for this quick solutions =)

Interesting how long your Plague Farmer can stay there untouched. My AI overwhelms me with lot of minis and Blizzard casts every time.

Hey must have shadow buffed this encounter. My fire elementals/plague farmers are not hitting the flying boss. Also the moonkin has armor now in this and is a huge threat to towers as well.

You are right. This has to be a fairly recent change. The bird was not really flying previously and could be hit by ground minis, but now it cannot. I accidentally killed it with the Gryphon Rider on my first test, but chose not to send the Rider towards it on my second try and was able to confirm that it is a flying mini now after the transformation. It is still sort-of doable with this with the Gryphon Rider (I, after all, killed it by accident when I went in to try), but I will make a comp better suited for the encounter in the next week or so.

Fun fact by the way. I have tested tens of reports of changed mechanics from the KZbin comments to my guide videos. This is the first one that has actually changed. Thank you for bringing it up!

@@OldGuardianhi. I was just trying to kill the boss - almost did it with your (Tirion) army but couldn’t quite finish it. I assume you haven’t yet uploaded the updated fight - to more easily kill the flying boss? Big thanks for all your guides btw :)

for me on horde he send sec 1 tauren + huntress on mid every single try and its not undefendable but i loose to much tempo and my deck is 24.5 tried to swap unit on the deck to make him do another moove but he keep doing that even if i send others unit on launch

Replace David S. Pumpkins with Sappers and you’re money. They changed the fight a little from the time of this post.

This boss is absolutely ridiculous. Even when I control all goldmines, towers, and chests, the AI just sends hordes and hordes of minis, not to mention blizzards, almost impossible to beat without high level minis.

Horrible fight/very overtuned. Also maybe its just me but the enemy AI seems to be gold cheating in overtime throwing too many minis with no gold income.

They're quite sturdy. I had a lot of draws before adding the Plague Farmer. Getting some free damage in by outranging the boss is the key to this one.
