原作為美國著名漫畫作家史丹·李 (蜘蛛侠 X戰警等多部漫威作品) 動畫製作方為BONES(骨頭社). 全新原創的英雄電視動畫作品. (2010年) (現時只出現過一次在機戰UX) 製作相當精良. 設定也相當有趣. 高潮時非常好看. 但除了美國因史丹·李的名氣外其他地方都人氣不佳. 原本可能有的第二季就此沒有下文. 可能由於目標年齡層設定較低? 每次出招要男主前搖一下有點尷尬. (減了不少英雄帥氣度, 但這也是特色. 決戰用就非常師) 然後可能日本動畫和美國動畫節奏差別, 再加上原本預計會出下一季. 中段節奏較慢. OP1中一些招式和戰鬥都沒看見. 某程度滿可惜, 這套沒有機會完全發揮. 繼續發展下去說不定曱甴主力軍會到來. 男主感覺能合體, 絕對會有更精彩的戰鬥.

The series ages well, it doesn't need to be improved, unless they do it with today's animation, and add more action. And maybe then we'll finally have a second season, where Joey gets a makeover and looks more manly and with new powers.
