When played correctly he's pretty damn scary. If you miss the skillshots however he's almost useless.

On larger maps, Dehaka is very strong due to his ganking ability. He's obviously a lot less useful on smaller maps.

Daniel K Actually on smaller maps he's useful too, he's a very powerful solo laner and he can still switch lane a lot faster than non global heroes if need be. With the mount nerfs his inability to mount is also a smaller handicap.
