Beautiful colors. The blanket is going to be so beautiful. I loved the fuse ( I think that's how it's called 😊). They give us happy colors so we won't get depressed in winter 😆. Thank you Penny.

Hi, That bright yellow through me off. As I said why would the kit have Spring/Summer colors for the month of September. Now I know it’s not yellow, but a light gold color. Thanks for the tip.

That's a lovely pattern. It makes me curious about the calendar. It still seems a bit puzzling that they would sell a kit without a pattern included when they ship, but now that I think about it, I have heard of companies that make you print out the patterns for their kits, so maybe it is not so strange after all. I hope you show the blanket when you have made it up. I'm working with Herrschners worsted Halloween Sparkle yarn in the color Candy Corn. I'm making a poncho for my tween granddaughter!

Hi, Your project sounds lovely. I have the sparkle yarn in the brown tones and other colors. I don’t believe Herrschners is deviating from including the patterns in the kits. This is just a promotion to sell Calendars and hopefully customers will order the yarn from them. If you check Herrschners’ website for crochet/knitting kits the patterns are included. That’s true many companies are sending the pattern via email and it’s up to customers to download and or print. I’m not a fan, but I do appreciate that the companies/sellers have a data base for paid patterns.

Hi, The calendar does have to be brought separately from the yarn kit. I did have the calendar in the past. Which I mentioned in the video. That calendar had a pattern for every month of the year. I provided the phone number for Customer Service to purchase the calendar for 2025. If you have any questions that I cannot answer.

@@penley-annscreationspenny I called Herrschners today to ask about the calendar and the subscription to it or how to get the patterns and it seems like they are not taking any orders for it and they may not continue the program. She said they may discontinue it. ;( Sad because I liked a few of the blankets they show online for 2025. I liked the October neon kit and Dec with the snowman as well as some other ones. She didn't even say how much the calendar and/or subscription used to cost.

Hi, Call back because she wasn’t aware of how to access the calendar. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask for the price when he placed my order. This is how it works: once you order the calendar it will ship in two weeks. If you decide that you are not interested in purchasing the calendar and it’s not open you can return the unopened calendar. After you receive the calendar you will pay the invoice. He said they don’t take payments because sometimes people change they mind after the calendar ships. This prevents Cratway from issuing a credit. I have to look at the Snowman kit. Thanks

@@penley-annscreationspenny thanks Penley, I was thinking that since they seemed pretty lost on the phone. I am traveling today to a crochet retreat and I am back home next week. I will see if I get a chance to call back. If you do end up seeing the price if you could please let me know thanks. The snowman was c2c, they also had a cherry blossom afghan a pretty quilt one and a geometric one too. I think yours was a good price for all that yarn. Its going to be really big blanket. :) thanks for your help.

Pretty colors! I was irritated by hand sanatizer as it left my hands sticky, now I carry spray bottles of isopropyl alcohol , dries quickly and not sticky, and I do not think it removes the oils in your skin?

Hi, I agree with everything you wrote. Chemical is bad for our skin.
