I get lots and lots of compliments on my completion, blending, highlighting etc. The point I wear it at work is to look presentable with a clean face, pressed clothes and fresh smelling. I have dogs and a cat, there's animal hair every where, but none get one my work clothes. Work presentation for me is clean. I don't go full face with lip sticks, fake eyelashes, cheek highlights, brow highlights and so on. It's pretty much just foundation, some highlights and baby wings. When at home I wear no makeup to let my face breath.
