Actually, this is not Hersheypark's first-ever haunt. Back in 2004, they produced "Haunted Harvest" with a decent size haunted house that started where Wildcat catering is located and ended at the catering area behind Fahrenheit. It was a decent haunt but they only presented it for one Halloween season. It was good, but it was nothing quite like what Dark Nights is this season! They really went all-out and spent a ton of money for this year's event, as your video has shown. 👻

We’re going to Hershey Park this weekend and I was wondering if they have any age restrictions for the after dark part? My two sons are 8 & 11 years old and love scary stuff. We also bought the fast pass for the general park admission on Saturday and weren’t sure if that Carrie’s over to the Halloween part at night as well (or do we need a different fast pass for that?) Loved watching your video and super excited for this weekend!!! Haven’t been to Hershey Park since I was about 11 years old and excited to share it with my kids now!

If they like scary stuff, they should be fine! We saw tons of kids their age running all around the park and enjoying themselves. The houses weren’t too intense either, no gore or anything like that. Not sure about the fast pass carrying over though, I think you need a separate fast pass specifically for the event/houses. If you want to wait until you get there to confirm though, they have kiosks all throughout the park to purchase the special even tickets and fast passes so you can always buy them last minute. That was our experience at least! Hope this helps and hope you all have a fantastic time!!!!!

It’s always so fun to see the day from someone else’s perspective! Aweee the walk down memory lane (and downtown Hershey) with Jay was so sweet! I love how you and Jay got to do the Chocolate Tour together! I could never go to Hersheypark without taking a spin on it 😊 Ahaha it’s so funny how we both compared the Dark Nights Emporium to The Tribute Store, but it’s so true! Loved how you gave us a mini tarot lesson in the middle of a haunted house 😜 The Mr. Toad reference! I love how The Necromancer was just like… “sure, I’ll be the Ring Master if you want”. See, I didn’t like The Descent at the time, but seeing it again in your vlog actually makes me like it a bit more. And the crab fries return! I sooo need to try them but I keep eating other things whenever I’m in a park with a Chickie’s and Pete’s lol. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again - this was such a fantastic night! At 6:38, those are the Hershey Halloween Squishmallows. I have the Werewolf in a Kiss wrapper from last year! Squishmallows plushies are very popular right now! Lots of adults collect them! It kinda reminds me of collecting Beanie Babies in the 90s. Anyway the Halloween ones are always really good! And this year they outdid themselves!! If you're doing a spooky shopping channel video, look out for them at Walgreens, Cracker Barrel, and Walmart. Among other places. But, those 3 for sure have Halloween ones. There's a Gargoyle out this year that's really cute. One of the most sought after ones is an adorable grim reaper.

We unfortunately had a terrible experience. One of our wristbands didn't work so they made is go to guest services. The lady there acted like it was our fault and gave us new bands which still didn't work! By that time all the lines were over an hour long so we just left.
