Hi Eric I guess there is a certain point somewhere in between the extreme digital and the extreme performance or what we can call a compromise point, the ERP cannot lead the corporation, and the corporation cannot go to over customization. this in turn requires that the CEO or the decision maker to be well aware or well educated in digital technology and also requires that the system integrator to be well aware about the corporation management system, customer requirements and day to day operations. the secret is in the right mix.
