As crypto expands to more people, exchanges should be required (REQUIRED BY LAW) to provide 24 hour person-to-person customer service. Few people are familiar with this new monetary system, and yet everyone will be required to use it. I can see untold numbers of people losing money without some help on whatever exchange they use. Please help ppl like me. I haven't been able to use exchange because i have no one to speak to. Thx

I agree. There seems to be quite a bit of un-user friendly issues when trying to use these exchanges, even after u navigate the maze to get your accounts/wallets set up, to sometimes make withdrawals or even buy more crypto -- and not having a REAL PERSON to talk does not help matters! For mass adoption of crypto, this needs to be corrected! A lot of people do not want to, nor shouldn't have to, fight their way thru all the speed bumps to actually work with crypto exchanges.
