Oh, my god, why? But also, oh, my god, Alfred is the monster! And Peter is William, and Arthur is Victor, and I wasn't expecting Francis to be Elizabeth, but, good god, I love that! I love this! This is too good for words, honestly.

Here I was thinking this was an adorable cavity inducing vid and it turns evil in the second half. Excellent Job!!!!! Now I have to go see if I can find a copy of this on stage. I think it's hilarious that we just suggested young frankenstein to the Drama teacher this afternoon and then you put this up. They're doing Into The Woods this year, and we were joking about the plays he could do. Never heard of this musical before but I like the song.

Glad you enjoyed! Frankenstein’s a pretty decent musical song-wise so I hope you enjoy it! I’ve personally never been a huge fan of Young Frankenstein (no idea why) but one of the performances I auditioned for earlier this year was Into the Woods! Another one I’ve never really enjoyed, but I was interested in trying out. Got a part but was unable to take it due to other commitments which sucked... Hope you enjoy seeing it/being involved!!

@@redvelvetpancakes2238 I'm not invovled at this point, but I just might try to help out with Drama this year. It didn't work out last year, but I did the non-musical version of Frankenstein in college, I played Victor's Aunt. My director was Victor. One of the cast members never showed up and when he did he was drunk or high. He never remembered his lines. It was bad enough one night we skipped like 3 scenes because no one could remember their lines without that cast member's lines. He played Henry I think. I've done some fun ones. Alabama Rain was an interesting one because we were constantly feeding one girl her lines. She was supposed to be the innocent character and mine was the know it all older sister, except I sounded constantly angry because the girl couldn't remember her lines. Most of my classmates who saw that said they'd never seen me that mad. The name of the other one isn't coming to me, but my character died of Spontaneous Human Combustion in an outhouse in that one.

nami345 Some interesting experiences! I completely understand what you mean with the frustration at other cast members. I’ve worked with a couple of people who constantly forget their lines and it’s honestly the worst... (especially when you seem to know it better than them)

@@redvelvetpancakes2238 It really was a pain. Then one year I had a spot removed on my shoulder and was not aware a whole lot. Luckily I only showed up in the very last scene of Act II. Made it easier for me. I could chill for the most part and help the others get dressed. In Frankenstein we had a quick change, so we had to have people in the wings to help us into the funeral clothes. I loved doing drama, we really wanted to do a Shakespeare and he talked about doing Tempest, but it never panned out. We had the scripts and everything for Dracula, but the cast members never showed up. So we had to start learning a new play over Spring Break, and everyone was sick that year. The show wound up being a huge success and we only had about a month to get it ready.

It strikes me that the summary I read for this had to have the wrong dates listed. There's no way he would still have a nanny at 13 and the summary puts William as 7 years younger than Victor.
