Vulkan Thermo-Roll: Backen auf Stein, automatisch - mit patentiertem Beschickungssystem
Wird die Produktion höherer Stückzahlen erforderlich, kann das Backen auf Stein im Thermo-Roll durch ein automatisches Beschickungssystem übernommen werden. Dabei bedient die Heuft Concord VTR bis zu 15 Thermo-Roll-Wagenöfen mit über 200 qm Backfläche! Ein entscheidender Vorteil bei diesem System ist die schrittweise Erweiterung der Backfläche: Die Vergrößerung erfolgt Ofen für Ofen.
Der Lader Concord VTR lässt sich manuell und punktgenau auf Schienen vor den Öfen quer verschieben. Steht er exakt positioniert vor dem Wagenofen bereit, beschickt er den Thermo-Roll in weniger als einer Minute vollautomatisch.
Wird im Gesamtkonzept der Produktionsabläufe ein noch höherer Automatisierungsgrad gewünscht oder erforderlich, statten wir die Concord VTR auch mit einem automatischen Antrieb für das seitliche Verfahren vor den Öfen aus. Das Beschickungssystem arbeitet dann komplett vollautomatisch. Damit rangiert eine solche Ofenanlage bestehend aus bis zu 20 einzelnen Thermo-Roll-Öfen in der Kategorie einer Großofenanlage. Welches System dann das geeignete ist, ermitteln unserer Planer und Anwendungstechniker nach den konkreten Vorgaben (Sortimentsbreite, Art der Backwaren) und Erfordernissen der Produktionsabläufe. Wir bauen Backöfen nach Maß - allein im Grundportfolio sehen wir über 2000 verschiedene Modelle vor.

For large production runs on stone, the Thermo-Roll can be equipped with an automated charging system. The Heuft Concord VTR caters for up to 15 Thermo-Roll trolley ovens with a combined baking area of over 200 m2! One of the key advantages of our system is the gradual extension of the baking area - oven by oven, as the need arises.
The Concord VTR can be easily moved on rails by hand from oven to oven. When positioned exactly in front of the Thermo-Roll trolley oven, the fully automated loading process takes less than one minute.
If you need a higher degree of automation in your bakery, you can opt for a Concord VTR with automated drive that moves the loader automatically from oven to oven. With this solution, you essentially have a fully automated loading unit. Such a plant catering for up to 20 stand-alone Thermo-Roll ovens would be categorized as a large-size oven system. The exact layout and technology will be determined by our designers and process technicians, based on your actual requirements (product range, type of products, production methods, etc.).
