@@xploremor Thank you. Would you also have the coordinates for the 2 pipe tunnel drive-thru's? Planning to head up there this weekend and don't want to miss those. Thanks again.

@@Ludehrt92 Very cool. There is a bunch to xplore out there. I have quite a few worthy trails posted for that area. Sandy Banks is one. Here is a link to the complete trail write-up I did for the Sand Hollow Wash tunnels. www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/5680-sand-hollow-wash

Cool video. Nicely done. Hey, question. Do you know the story behind the stone cabin? I've done this loop a few times and for whatever reason, that stone cabin just has me wondering. Who built it? When was it built? It seems like so much work went into it, and now it just sits there.
@xploremor3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comment. I have no idea about when the cabin was built. By the looks of all the equipment on the site, it appears to be a fairly new miners camp 1900-1930s is my estimate. There's a mine entrance across the small wash, about 100 yards south from the cabin. I haven't been into it yet. Thanks for watching.

It’s the old wood camp for the Silver King Mine. It dates back to the 1880s.

I’m new to Arizona and searching for dirt roads like this one. Is this road access through Queen Valley or superior? How do I reach it. Thank you in advance for anyone taking the time to help. I love the videos and looking forward to exploring Arizona more.
@xploremor Жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching and for the very kind comment. The trail is called Queen Creek Canyon; the end or start is up the hill above Superior. It connects with the very popular but challenging Montana Mountain Loop. Both trails are rough and remote. I shared this route on Trailsoffroad.com a few years ago. Here is a link to the complete trail write-up. www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/1949-queen-creek-canyon
