i found that for the dupe farm the best way is to do this. 1. put any item including equipped items into a separate chest. 2. stand 4 blocks away from the chest you are going to use to dupe your items with. 3. save and leave the server then come back. 4. go straight towards the chest and put your items in the chest. 5. back up slightly so you are in the very middle of the water. 6. try to time the force close as soon as the second heart goes away. 7. join the server again. 8. move around and put the items in another chest save and leave the server. 9. close the game again. 10. join again. 11. repeat the process. also its best to have no more than 5 items

Idk man I've did take 2 hearts damage but it's not consistent sometimes my item's disappear but I usually take 3 hearts of damage and currently nothing disappear

I set my portal piglin farm with a simple item sorter to filter out the swords and flesh, keeping only the gold. Otherwise the storage gets clogged up with hundreds of swords.

EDIT: I have a short video about it now for anyone who wants to build it. The portal XP farm shown in the video only uses a fraction of its full power. Once you have 7 lava spreading over 7 observers the portal turns on immediately every time with no delay. And you can set up the dispenser to fire water and remove it instantly only when the portal lights up, because observers can detect when a portal lights up. Also making the portal bigger means more chances of zombified piglins to a max size of 23x23. Making it Hard mode will also increase the chances of spawning them. It's so efficient that the only thing bottlenecking the process will be your CPU.

@@chiragkamani3431 You place an observer facing the portal. And when the portal lights, the observer will send a signal to the dispenser to place water in the portal. The observer will also make another observer detect it and another one detecting that and that will send a signal to the dispenser again to pick the water up. If u don't understand I could show u. srry i never made any videos and idk how. lemme try to explain it Make the portal frame 23x23 obsidian. (you need 88 obsidian with portal frame corners. Make sure it's not too big by testing if the portal lights up before continuing the following steps) 1. place observer1 facing the portal (where the purple portal block is going to appear) 2. place stone behind observer1 3. place dirt to the right of observer1 4. place redstone dust behind dirt 5. place dispenser to the right of dirt (make it face the portal like in the video) 6. place stone behind dispenser 7. place observer2 on top of observer1 and facing observer1 8. place observer3 to the right of observer2 facing observer2 9. place stone on top of dispenser 10. put a water bucket in the dispenser 11. light the portal 12. Make the lava thing in the video but make it 7 observers long (instead of 3 observers as shown in the video). And then the portal will start flickering very fast creating a lot of piglins. And when I say an observer or dispenser is "facing [block]" I mean its eyes are looking at [block]. I hope you understand but feel free to reply if u have issues

Thanks,super cool. Just completed the XP farm with a few changes. Made the opening at top 3x3 then one block down reduced to 3x2. At the bottom added sticky pistons to pull half slabs to convert to insta kill since it is under the base.

True. You'll get much better rates if you fish by ear in a simple walled off fishing spot under the open sky. Add in the exp from disenchanting and cooking, and you're going to wish it was slower so you can read in peace without having to enchant your gear all the time.

I tried the 3. one, just a bit different - with a water stream in the middle (like an X), so that they fall into the water and down. However it doesn’t work. It is dark inside and I stand in front of the farm Any suggestions? Edit: I just found a „cave“ right under the farm haha. Ist was just 3 blocks tall. I lighten everything up and hope it will work better. I also tried the first one and it works so flawless! Thanks!

Try doing the dupe farm on peaceful. What until it does 4 ticks of damge. Not 4 hearts but just until it ticks 4 times and then force close. Has been very consistent for me Edit: 3 ticks not 4
