For the sugar cane and kelp farm, a flying machine sweeper design is much better, especially considering the kelp farm of yours is based off of a glitch. And for the iron farm, the use of nether portals gives by far the best results and you only need 20 villagers max(396 iron per hour tested and built in a survival realm, and yes, around 400 iron per hour is the most you will get from one iron farm on bedrock edition). I will make videos when I figure out how to record to show how to make these farms.

You can use a bucket of water too but you run less of a risk of flooding with snow. I would just venture out and find a mountain area to get some buckets of snow. You can use Chunkbase to help find a biome

Creeper farm still allows zombies and skeletons to spawn, also drown spawn in water as well

thats not possible, you must have left out blocks without placing buttons or you have a 3 block space between layers

Try spawning the iron golem from a different direction. For example for me the iron golem wasn't fitting inside when I tried spawning it from the front side, so I moved to the left wall and tried to spawn the golem which made the golem fit inside perfectly

The sugarcanes take time to grow on the 3rd block. Ones the sugarcane below the observers grow it will activate all the piston. else you can add observers for each sugarcen that way any sugarcane growth wi activate the piston
