i think people tend to forget that they distribute lines based on who’s voice matches with what part. it’s not about who’s more popular. also as a person who stans other large groups like svt, nct, and tbz, the chances of a truly equal distribution is extremely rare. yedam got the most lines bc of his skill and position. he’s the MAIN VOCAL, so that’s what happens in the song. a lot of the song is his voice

Idk why but somehow i can see hyunsuk too to be famous like jennie/mino in korea. Just from what i can see, usually in yg, it's the rapper (& ofc pure korean) will shine the most or become more popular in korea. This is just my opinion. Asahi, yoshi, mashiho and doyoung had the least lines but had the most screentime in my opinion. You would often see them throughout the mv and would remember them easily. Yam had the most lines but least screentime so if youre thinking of attacking him, you better drop that idea.

How can you compare “Boy” and “Come to Me.” “Boy” is the title song for their debut and has an MV, whoever got a better cut automatically get more attention. Mashiho deserves more lines, he is a vocal lines and if not then give him screen time. The line distribution is not bad I stan groups with the same amount of members or more and to be honest it is way way worse than this. In a line distribution it is never going to be completely even and this is their first comeback. It’s one thing if they are repetitively at the bottom but this is just debut. As well sometimes line get evened out with screen time or center part distribution when the dance and comeback stages happen so yeah yedam might have the most lines but does not equal center time in the dance or his screen time. I just hate people getting mad at one with more line when it’s the company that distributes them mostly. Anyways that’s all I have to say.

I feel a bit sad for Mashiho since he was the longest trainee after Yedam and he's probably the best dancer and one of the most stable live, he didn't get a lot of screentime either so I feel like it's a bit unfair for him. But overall it's pretty fair I guess (I do find that weird how the three Japaneses who were in the second line up are the ones with the least lines but I won't jump to conclusion on the reason).
