Hexhamshire Common | East Allendale

An XC ride on the North Pennies starting at Whitley Chapel and heading over to Allendale Town and onto the Allendale Chimneys before heading back via Hexhamshire Common and some fantastic single-track along Lilswood Moor.

HOW TO GET THERE:
This ride starts at Whitley Chapel (approximately 5 miles south of Hexham) on Leazes Lane opposite the school, where there are a number of parking spaces.
For rail users, Hexham is the closest railway station if travelling by train.
Post ride, there are plenty of shops and pubs in nearby Hexham. Alternatively, by making a slight detour during the ride there are also pubs and shops in Allendale Town.
