Just found you guys on tindie, and clicked through to your youtube channel to find this just uploaded. Wow, this module. Never thought a 2 wide rack clap could have so many possibilities (not trying to diss in any way a clap module of any kind, I'm in total awe of the sonic capabilities). You really knocked it out of the park with all the voltage control. Amazing!

Great demo, surprising in a good way. Thinking about integrating some drum modules into my eurosystem and now I guess I will get a bass drum and this clap instead of bass and hi hat. Keep up the good work!

Hi, i have the bd09, hh, snare, clap and the hot glue.. i asked me, what's with the acc on the modules? i do not understand for what can i use and what is the right patch for this. i talked with some friends and all told me the same. dont know whats with the accent. can they explain it please how it to use? many thanks and best regards

Hey there! The "ACC" input is the Accent input. It is an analog CV input that affects the volume/intensity of the sound generating elements in the drum. You can apply any form of CV to it, including LFOs, sequences, gates, etc. Depending on which Mutant Drum it is, the Accent input also affects other aspects of the drum sound (for example in the Mutant Bassdrum it also increases the intensity of the attack at the beginning of the sound). Try applying an LFO to the ACC input of one of your drums and then triggering it quickly to hear the way that it alters the sound :) On the back of each Mutant Drum, there is a jumper to select whether the default Accent (with no Accent CV present) is set to highest or lowest extremity. I generally set mine to "highest", because then if you plug a cable in with a lower accent CV you can still modulate it from lowest to highest accent if you want, but when there's no cable plugged in the drum is always going to be "full force". Hope that helps explain!
