Well, Laurence Krauss says that universe came from nothing...and he is atheist because of that! Live with God is so much more healthy! Im Catolic and i had a deep respect for you Hamsa! keep defending God
@l0_0l455 жыл бұрын
Lawrence did not say that. That is only the title of the book. It just makes the case that for a closed universe of positive geometric curvature, the sum of gravitational potential energy(negative magnitude) and momentum flux + stress(positive magnitude) adds up to zero. It is like saying that *1 + (-1) = 0.* However that would need for the universe to have positive geometric curvature, and would need to be proved. Till now we have only found no geometric curvature of the universe. So Lawrence Krauss is only presenting a hypothesis, and not making an absolute claim. Again in his presentation in this video, the guy ignores the cases of uncaused processes(like radioactivity) that can start causal processes, and things being uncreated, like energy. However this is omitted because these are usually reserved for god(i.e. uncreated and uncaused), but never challenged. The very fact that we see other processes that are both uncaused and uncreated undermines the god existence argument if god is defined toobe uncreated and uncaused. Lets see what you think of that. I am interested to know.

### Summary: 1. **Introduction**: The speaker, Hamza Tzortzis, begins with Islamic greetings and introduces an argument for the existence of God. 2. **Qur'anic Reference**: He references the Quran, Chapter 52, Verses 35-36, which questions whether humans were created from nothing, by themselves, or by something else. 3. **Four Logical Explanations**: The scholars derived four possibilities for anything that begins to exist: (1) created from nothing, (2) created itself, (3) created by something else created, or (4) created by something uncreated. 4. **Refutation of Creation from Nothing**: The first option, that the universe came from nothing, is logically impossible because from nothing, nothing comes. 5. **Self-Creation is Impossible**: The second option, that the universe created itself, is also impossible, as it would require the universe to exist and not exist at the same time, which is a contradiction. 6. **The Problem of Infinite Regress**: The third option, that the universe was created by something else that is also created, would lead to an infinite regress, making the existence of our current universe impossible. 7. **Analogy of Marines**: To illustrate the problem of infinite regress, he gives the analogy of marines who need to ask for permission infinitely, which would mean no action would ever happen, similar to the universe not existing if created by a chain of created entities. 8. **Conclusion of an Uncreated Creator**: The fourth and only viable option is that the universe was created by something uncreated, which is a logical and rational conclusion. 9. **Attributes of the Uncreated Creator**: This uncreated Creator must be powerful, intelligent, transcendent (separate from creation), and eternal. 10. **Final Thought**: Tzortzis concludes that the logical attributes of this Creator support the existence of God, which he presents as the most rational explanation.

the question here is either the universe is eternal or Creator is eternal,,,i will go with second option.. since universe is changing, every spontaneous change leads to stability and unstable thing and be eternally existing at all and by the definition of God in quran 33:62 "God does not change" . THEREFORE God is eternal .

This end result doesn’t mean the creator is your god, it just results with there being a creator. Even still, these routes to finding the creation of universe aren’t the only options. With the conservation of energy, who says the universe isn’t eternal? Just with things such as the Big Crunch, etc. Not even entertaining the idea of infinite universes? The first three assumptions are all contestable. Something can come out of nothing: True nothingness is not possible to achieve. Subatomic fluctuations do happen in a pure happen. Backed up by physics. It can create itself: The rules of common sense need not apply to the universe as a whole. There is a famous paradox where you are your own son, father, grandfather, great grandfather and so on. Things get messy when you tinker with time. An infinite loop is possible: You can have infinite objects in series with each object still existing. Numbers are a good example. There are infinite numbers(infinite numbers even between two numbers), there is no first number, yet each number exists. Assuming a creator is in no way a logical or rational choice.

@suushi-baked3 жыл бұрын
@@blastortoise It sure is easy to conclude on to something based on your own rules and standards. What you are saying is, 1) Quran is a book written by fallible men who knew nothing about the world 2) If its truly a word of god then it should explain the hows and whys of universe and life. 3) I should think about how the quran clashes with the world. First and foremost, you are implying that for anything to be a word of god, the said script/book should have an explanation about the universe and people and life, and etc. But who made the rules about that? It is just a standard of your own qualification for a book to become a word of god. Lets say, (Premise 1) there is a god, (Premise 2) the said god have revealed some of "god's words" for the people and the revelation is "Hey What's Up? How you doin? Im God btw, Do you want my help or sumthng?" The revelation has nothing to do about creating the universe and stuff. But its legit god's words.. but then it doesn't make up your qualification. What I'm trying to say is, an author of a book doesn't adjust the content of what they would write based on the reader's wants or qualifications. and it doesnt make sense for a reader to claim who and who's not the author just because they couldn't comprehend and are not satisfied about the book. Im not saying the Quran doesn't talk about universe and stuffs, because it does talk about creation and universe, it does talk about the hows and whys of life, it does talk about life in general as it legit said, "this is a book of guidance.." (like bruh it even talks about how to deal with your debts.) Well, what Im trying to say is, yes! the Quran being God's words is a subject for a whole lot of arguments, and the author of the Quran itself wants to be argued and be challenged. It legit challenges the reader to challenge it(who does that?) soo yaah, if you really want to, you can read it and argue with the book itself. and does the Quran clashes with the world? I am a muslim and maybe I am bit bias with my statements. I know I haven't understood fully the Quran(I mean its hard, there are a whole lot of people studying it) But it does remind me to be patient when life gets tough, to be humble when life becomes easy It advices me to seek knowledge, and warns me not to go jump into conclusion without understanding the proof and evidence.(cough*) and lastly it reminds me that there is a God worthy of being worshipped. Peace!
@blastortoise3 жыл бұрын
@@suushi-baked Thats not my conclusion, its something that we would see, an all powerful and merciful god would not have a book telling others to take slaves and kill others, ISIS wouldnt exist if god was real, and since the quran doesnt talk dick about anything of the universe then its pretty clear that god doesnt exist. The rest of yoyr argument is "well you brought up facts that i cant handle so you are wrong" let me say this: 1) Quran doesnt talk about the universe in any meaningful way, since it was written by primitive men it doesnt explain even the most basic parts of the universe. 2) A merciful god wouldnt create hell, thats just a fact, if you think hell is an acceptable punishment for a finite "crime", please take a look at what hell is, and realize that not even Hitler would deserve infinite torture, because there is no crime that deserves infinite retribution. 3) What book challenges the reader? Pretty much every book, Harry Potter challenges the reader to think about who is behind the weird events that took place in class one day, Dresden files challenges the reader to put the pieces of the mystery together before the end, it really isnt a novel concept but i guess skimming a book that tells you killing is good is not increasing your IQ. 4) Islam loves criticism, thats why they always try to kill people when they recieve it, like drawing a cartoon, or writing a parody book of the Quran (which the leader of Iran sent a bounty on the authors head for) creating the word "islamaphobe" when people disagree with their bigoted religion, the list goes on.

The thing is we can only claim within the realm of our knowledge. When we say "It's impossible that nothing created something", we use logic based on a general understanding of the world around us. But as we have strong evidence that the universe started from a very tiny size, we must consider Quantum physics. And within our current understanding of quantum physics, nothing can mean very different. And the logic of general worldview may not be equally applied in the quantum realm. If you understand the previous paragraph, then let's dive into more context. If you boil down the everything that made the universe "something"; you will get both "positive-something" and "negative-something". This can be applied for every fundamental forces and matter. If you sum everything up, you will theoretically get ZERO. That means the universe is not something out of nothing. It's just "one version of NOTHING transformed from another version of NOTHING". Now hold one a second, what about the laws of physics that end up creating galaxies and living beings? We can lucky that we are in a universe whose laws of physics allowed us with a brain capable enough to ask this question. There is a strong possibility of zillions of universe whose laws of nature is different and end up with no lives, no galaxies and no atom at all. As we know now that depending on the nature of quantum inflation, the laws of nature can be different. So it's absolutely not a "Grand Design", but a lucky dice. And we are not privileged about to witness other universes which may potentially be more complex and wonderful than us. Imagine that.

As I listen further, I encounter "everything that begins to exist" - the fallacious "Kalam Cosmological Argument" sold to Christians like a con-man pitch by William Lane Craig. It's a cheater's argument. Here's how it works. The first premise says, "Everything that begins to exist has a cause (or a creator). Then comes the switch. It's not very subtle. It relies on the blatant nature of the switch for you to miss it. Let's see if you catch it. Premise two says, "The universe and everything it in exists." Conclusion, "Therefore, the universe has a cause (or creator.)" Whoa, hold on. At what point did "begins to exists" become "exists?" And why did it have to be switched? The original KCA has the premise, "Everything that exists has a cause (or creator)." The big failing of that wording is, as soon as you conclude, "Therefore, the universe and everything in it has a creator" you have invited the obvious question, "If everything that exists has a creator and that means there is a creator, it also means the creator has a creator.? So who created the creator?" From there you are off to an infinite regression of creators. By doing the modern word-switch of Premise One "begins to exist" stating Premise Two with just the word "exists" the second premise has locked out the past, the time before the universe began to exist. If you don't see the switch, you can swallow the false conclusion. Most magic tricks work on the same principle of distraction. Now you see why all arguments that lack a foundation of objectively verifiable evidence are a waste of time The true test of reality is, all things (and forces) that you can honestly assert to exist can be supported by objectively verifiable evidence. Can you name any single thing or force that exists in this world for which there is no objectively verifiable evidence? Do you have objectively verifiable evidence for the existence of a god?

If you rule out the 2nd option, then the 4th option is *also* invalid. Ruling out the 3rd option has no problem, though. But the 1st option means that the universe equals 0, but there's matter, so the only way this could be possible is some of it is negative, and some positive. Such as 10 to the power of 9999999999999999 atoms plus negative 10 to the power of 9999999999999999 atoms equals 0 atoms. The other options have been ruled out, (agreed on by me and the video) so the most plausible answer is number 1. Of course, I could be wrong and perhaps it has a 5th option. But since there's no indicator, so it's best to just keep an open mind.

How can we use the same logic that rules the laws of nature which are present in our universe to describe the creation of the universe itself? It's a weak argument for the existence of god...
@abdullahalotaibi24623 жыл бұрын
It is an easy answer: because the universe with the sophistication of it in a molecular level or the cellular level to the whole bodies of animals and the whole environmental dependence and correlations shows nothing but a wisdom of the creator. That is what we see from small particles to the whole world around us including the orbits and the distancing between sun and earth, and the other fine tuned measure which allowed life on earth also show the creator wisdom. Simply, if anyone were to ask what is the evidence for Allah? The answer is tremendous: (Everything) including the laws of the universe. Nothing has no correlation to being an evidence for Allah. However, the person who is asking for an evidence is a troubled person! Because it is like asking for an evidence of the existing of sun while it is shining and its light and heat in on your skin!!! Trying to explain the obvious and indisputable things is one of the hardest tasks ever! Even though everyone can easily know the sun exists, a person questioning its existence or its truth might need a deep philosophical and scientific reasoning which might include topics like gravity and energy etc, only to prove to him that this sun is real and not made up by say for example government agenda projector! Same applies to Allah’s existence, he is the truth and so clear that atheistic question not only that is dumb, but it is hard to explain for their ongoing questioning of the obvious

Something being uncreated does not in any way imply it is "knowing", (it implies powerfulness, transcendence, and eternalness, but not knowingness) so your assertion that that uncreated thing is God is incorrect.
@conversationnation14254 жыл бұрын
Uncreated means independent of and superior to all that is created. If it had limits in knowledge that would mean something could possibly have higher knowledge than it, which would make it potentially dependent, inferior, and therefore created.
@ebbyoma70084 жыл бұрын
Conversation Nation Conversation Nation Conversation Nation I don’t see how what u said explains that the uncreated is knowing. Let me ask it a different way: how do we know that it is not random? How are we so sure that there is intention behind it? In addition, I’m not implying that the uncreated has “limits in knowledge”, I’m asking how do we even know that it is a knowledgeable entity in the first place? Just because it created everything doesn’t mean it is knowledgeable about its creation. It’s creation could have occurred RANDOMLY, without any “knowledgeableness” behind it necessarily.

@@ebbyoma7008 Look, when a couple makes a baby, they don't have to have encompassing scientific knowledge of the whole process of a baby being developed and born. They just manipulate a functionality in the physical world and that results with a baby. But when a Creator makes the entire possible natural process, determines the laws upon which all this process takes place, and when He makes all this from nothing - you expect Him to have full knowledge of his creation. Because he is the one who brought it all into being while *it was not there*, so all potential it possibly contains is from the knowledge of the Creator. Therefore he has ultimate knowledge of all that He created. Since He himself, being its originator, is the determinator of its limits.
@ebbyoma70084 жыл бұрын
Conversation Nation I’m sorry, but the reasonings u give, “[the] Creator makes the entire natural process” “[the Creator] makes all from nothing” “[the Creator] brought it all into being *while it was not there*” “[the Creator themself] being the originator” are not statements/ premises that support the claim that the Creator is a knowledgeable entity. Why? Because they have no connection whatsoever to the knowledgeableness of the creator. You’ve only connected those statements to knowledgeableness of the creator through ASSUMPTION, which is not actual reasoning. The 1st and last statements are premises/ evidence towards the Creator’s all- powerfulness ONLY. The middle 2 statements are premises/ evidence to the Creator’s all- powerfulness and eternalness ONLY. The existence of “the Creator” and “the created” necessarily implies and acts as evidence/ premise for transcendence ONLY. None of the premises you mention point to anything about the Creators knowledgeableness. Here’s what you’re doing: you’re assuming that just because it’s the creator of everything and the originator, that it MUST have access to knowledge, and that assumption would be incorrect, because “the Creator being the ultimate source of knowledge” does not imply “the Creator being knowledgeable themself” (read those previous 17 words again (starting from “because....”), because that is the takeaway in this long comment of why ur argument is invalid) Yes the Creator created the laws of the universe, but that does not point to the Creator THEMSELF being knowledgeable about those laws...... at all. Those laws could have very well come together without a master mind/ an intelligence/ a consciousness/ a knowledgeableness behind it. Let’s look specifically at the argument you’re making in your second to last paragraph: Premise 1: [the Creator] brought [all things] into being Premise 2: [the Creator] is the source of all knowledge Conclusion: [the Creator] is knowledgeable. Premises + conclusion = argument. There must be 2 or more premises in an argument. For an argument to be valid, the premises must a) be accurate and b) necessarily lead to the conclusion when all are considered. In this argument, both premises are accurate, so they meet the criteria for a). But the premises don’t lead to the conclusion, therefore they don’t meet b) and therefore your attempt to conclude/ prove that the Creator is a knowledgeable being has failed. Bad argument. Here’s an example of a good argument: 1 Socrates is a human 2 All humans are mortal Conclusion: Socrates is mortal. You see how logically premise 1 and premise 2 necessarily lead to that conclusion? The argument u made in the second to last paragraph doesn’t do that; your premises and conclusion are disconnected from each other, and are not linked in the way that this argument’s premises and conclusion are linked to each other. U need to Fix that for it to be a valid argument. ---- Hopefully now u can see why ur reasoning is not actually reasoning but merely assumption.

If some people argue that creator created himself.. then going by the same logic why can't the creation get created itself..? If God really existed,Why did he create some species to be eaten, and some to eat, what Sin did the species that are being eaten commit.? Why should he create a food chain? Every day millions of species are dying horrific deaths due to this type of creation.. could such god exist.? Again if someone argues that humans are born as a lower animal in their next birth due to his sins he committed... Then my argument would be "there are zillions of species" but humans are only in billions..! This nature's law is "might is right" Hence,This world was not created.. it evolved.!

How do you know that the uncreated cause is is conscious and self aware
@polite.cat.has.playlists Жыл бұрын
Yes, it is necessary for this creation to have an uncreated cause or thing. But that cause/thing might be unconscious such as the universe itself. And another probability is that there might be a conscious being that is self-aware and has will and intelligence. So, how can we prove that the whole creation has a conscious being? First of all, Look at the fine-tuning of the universe and cosmos. Everything is engineered in a complex way. But can someone assume that all of these tunings are a coincidence? It's a stupid thing to believe. There must be a being with intelligence and will who tuned and made all of this. And we know that being as Allah in Arabic and God in English.
