I don't usually leave comments but I thought I would on this one. I really admire the fact that you were able to share all this with us. It takes some real guts to share this with as many people as who watch your videos. I love what you do so keep doing you. And know that it's ok to have those mixed feelings. I'm the exact same. I guess no matter how shitty someone is, they're still family. And unfortunately you just can't choose your family.. I hope you can find some sort of relief in this tough time and I wish you all the best!

I know how you feel I never really had a great father but I always had a great dad and people like you deserve better. Before watching any of your videos I literally couldn't even play smoke on the water and now I can play so many songs....u are pretty much my life saver because I struggle with depression and the way I get my mind off of it is through music. And I never knew how to play a single instrument til I found you. You are my idol and that will never change. I have been telling all of my friends about you and told them to subscribe to you.

Bro think about this, your videos are helping generations man these kids are getting younger trying to play guitar and eventually they are going to end up on your channel and watch your videos of hundreds of lessons! But either way your videos live on and keep fighting that depression man. Keep your head up and stay strong maybe one day you will end up successful in many ways.

Hey man, well i just wanted to tell you this, 3 years ago there was a girl i really liked, she was the kind of girl that is aaaalways posting songs on FB, so i decided to start to playing the songs that she posted to impress her, once she posted Someone Somewhere, and it was the only song she posted that week so i didnt have a choise, i had to learn how to play it, but i couldnt, i searched for the tabs but i didnt understand them, so i search here on youtube, and I found your tutorial, you taught me how to play it, a song that at first i thought i could never learn, it was one of the songs I played for her that she most enjoyed amd thanked me for playing, and it was because of you, so, i just want to tell you this, at least for 1 of your subs you have done something really important, THANK YOU, you have talent for this, so TAKE YOUR TIME, CAUSE WE'LL WAIT FOR YOU AND YOUR TALENT TO TEACH, sorry for my bad english and greetings from Mexico.

I don't want to sound like a jerk, I am being completely serious when I ask this, I understand your depression and all but I don't know what ptsd is. Could someone explain to me what it is? Btw I'm really sorry for what you have gone through and I feel really horrible. I suffer from anxiety and some depression and bipolar disorder and I know how you feel about this, I understand why you aren't uploading videos s much but I jut want to say I really enjoy seeing a new video from you and all your guitar tutorials :) keep up the good work 👍🏼
