Mike, I tie mine down on top of the 140mm case fans so they run across the top of them. My x8 Ultra Plus has 7 of 8 slots filled with 6x EVGA 3090 FTW3 Ultras (4 rear Repadded) @ 119.2MH (1165/1800/300) and an 3090 FE (complete repad/repaste) @ 124.2 (1165/2600/310). Running fans Octominer fans at 85% static and GPU fans at 80% highest Memory Junction temp is 84*. Using right at 2.383kW (confirmed with HiveOS and DROK box). May throw in another just to make it 8 of 8, since I have 6 more in an x12 Chassis right now. Love the Octominers and Minerdude always comes in as helpful as always! I love my x8 Ultra Plus and x12 Chassis.

Hey mike. For cooling, do you like the octominer closed case setup or your grow tent setup? I have only 8 GPUs right now but the heat is unbearable in my open frame rig. I love the density and cooling on the octominer but the noise seems maybe difficult to sit next to all day.

3070 FHR for the win... I will buy no other GPU moving forward. The rest are just too hot. Great for winter but I have enough of those. Might take a second look at those Octo's. Too noisy for my home mining operation but we shall see. Need to find better fans that move as much CFM but silent. ha

Hmm.. I am nearing the parts for my immersion system of 24 gpus. Cost -> $2.4k including the super expensive liquid. At current pricing I could buy 1.5. cases with the money I thnk. Seems like a bad trade off considering it immersion ;).
