You had the outlaw timer when you got knocked down. I think this is why you didnt got the 15s down timer. I think it used to be different, but they probably stealth changed it to prevents static dungeon shenanigans. This definitively needs to be debunked !

If you have never been to Avalon, then it is normal for you to think that it is a bug, but that has always been the case. You must wait at least 30 seconds for you to exit combat, thus you have knocked down the opponent, since you have not killed them, you only knocked them down.

Yeah u have to wait another second . This shit happens in mist too. After i killed guy. Theoretically i ended pvp but someone dismounted in front of me after i killed the guy and he gets 15 sec cooldowns

You have to wait more than 30 seconds in all PVP scenarios, not just AVA. It was always like this, and after waiting, if you finish, you go into fugitive again so you have to use your invisibility skills well to finish off more than one and not fall to the mobs. GDark is a mediocre player, he only hunts unprepared people.

While you're on the run. If you get shot down, the timer will be 3:00 minutes. Yeah, okay, you just got out of combat, but you're still on the run (Fugitive). lol

Rey esas inconsistencias pasan todo el tiempo y yo estoy cansado igual que no puedes jugar de manera acorde a lo previo, todo el tiempo salen uno que otro defecto como ese, por citar uno yo me desmonte con todas mis habilidades encima de un enemigo y hoy mismo me lo hizo tambien un tipo con full specs al 120 y se supone le debieron dar 15 seg de coldown pero bueno asi de mal esta el juego y no se a que se deba hermano

No es un bug, el tipo tiene estatus de fugitivo, por eso sigue contando como estar en pvp.

There's definitelly some oversight for this situation on developers end, but i think you got long recovery for samy that you hit 21:03 before he was downed by mobs 21:09. Im sure that if he wasn't there at all it would've been 15 sec.

one of the two players was not killed. u had to kill at first the knocked player befor starting with loot, i guess? but strange it is, so or so.

i myself have had enough of the shit in the game and anytime i come on to try do something it seems out of nowhere people come and kill me no names on the screen or anythin they are already dismounted and no noise til they attack pissed of with the game tbh and the community is pretty toxic i haven't played for a few days fukin sik of it all and spi seem to want to do fuk all for anyone other than make pvp better for the groups and the swipers. i don't enjoy the game anymore nore the people so i have pretty much quit the game. better games out there that are fun and better developers.

Hermano, sigues teniendo el status de fugitivo abajo de tu barra de salud. Eso sigue contando como estar en pelea. No sé por qué no han cambiado eso pero así es como funciona y no es un bug.
