The above health part is what's crippled her. It's to easy to drop her below that. Maybe like 30% hp or just get rid of it. Also how is the True Vampire not have immortal. All vampires period should have immortal and some sort of life steal baked in. It just makes sense

You want barriers to constantly keep Shalltear protected and guarantee her auto-generated Attack buff, but it's not at all sustainable and limits her support allies/artifacts. The irresistible buff strip is the highlight of her kit and must be considered when you see your opponent playing "protect the dps" really hard in the drafts, with skill nullifier, Invincible, and other defensive buffs. Ironically, you want to achieve the same thing for Shalltear.

honestly it all depends , shalltear is without a doubt a aggro unit , to be used in standard she will need to be drafted alongside a bastion of perlution unit to get the fat barrier at the start of the match so she can survive units like jenua for example

As you guys can see, she can't absorb that much of health from her artifact. and for Shalltear it's really important to keep her health above 60% in order for her to receive ATTACK BUFF from her passive. So here we have two options. Give her Sigurd Artifact or Lifesteal set. What's your choice?

But if for some reason Shalltear is between 50% and 60% hp, that puts her in a really awkward place where she can't benefit from either the artifact or her passive LOL. You saw for yourself how underwhelming her performance was even with Pipette Lance and Attack buff on. Merciless Glutton + Lifesteal set would be the more consistent budget option.

The easiest alternative to not dealing with her passive's limitations is to straight up give her an attack buffer ally. To contest her with other dps (let's say you wanna hit a dps with Attack buff and Skill Nullifier), we have Mascot Hazel who grants 10% attack and effectiveness imprint to fire allies and Greater Attack buff to her target. And to address counterattacks, you have Roana and Byblis to heal Shalltear back.

Roana is a great option! I was actually using Roana a lot when i was testing her out. But i still don’t see a reason to pick shalltear over other units. She can be easily targeted by choux and karina.

@@yongiseven It would be nice to have Karina and/or Last Ride Krau on your side, especially now that people are trying LRK with 3F to add pressure and make up for his first/second use of S3 being weaker in power. I think the bigger issue right now is keeping Shalltear safe for her first turn because she doesn't gain stealth until after her turn ends. You can try building a fast Adin or Elena. Even have Ruele of Light who puts up a strong barrier with S2 or invincibility with S3

Yea shes too bad dealing 8k damage s1 on a ML Yufine that has more than 2k def and VIGOR... Now seriously she is a good and balenced unit, not a nuker, she was made to deal with evasion units t1 and injury bruisers like laia after that not one-shot them.
