Exactly what I said minus the head and shoulders part. But I really feel bad for her or anyone in her situation, because I took struggled with being overweight, I wasn't eating big plates like this but I was definitely over eating. Big bones runs in my family, so all my life I wanted to make sure to never be "fat" but once I got in my early 20's I didn't care. I ate and ate, until it started affecting my everyday life. I pray that she will get on the right track, I will never tell someone they need to be skinny but she is a beautiful woman, who deserves a long successful life.

I have seen plenty of content creators small, medium and full figured on this platform do mukbangs with massive amounts of unhealthy food in front of them. A lot of which offer very little commentary or conversation as they stuff their faces with a huge portion of the food. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many negative comments directed at them for it. Just because someone is at size most deems acceptable doesn’t mean they are necessarily healthy. And everyone plus size don’t suffer from high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes! How can someone sharing just a couple minutes of their life garner such harsh criticism? We have so little insight into what her life is like outside the lens of the camera. This young is doing something that most of us don’t have the courage to do, which is put her content out here knowing that she will probably get this kind of negative attention but she takes it in stride and continues to do it for herself and her family. I like her, she seems like a really nice person! I like seeing the interaction with her husband. It’s like they always have an inside joke. Whether you know it or not your content can be very important to people with illnesses that cause them to have a lack of appetite. Watching content like this can be helpful because it can stimulate the appetite and could be a useful part in their healing. Thank you for what you do! My nutritionist reminded me of the Bolthouse creamy dressing made of yogurt. I forgot to pick some up yesterday while I was out. I had a spring salad mix with spinach, kale, and some salad toppers (cranberries, raisins, sliced almonds). The dressing was balsamic vinaigrette. I included a small chicken taco with green onions, bell pepper, sour cream, splash of lime, and mango peach salsa. My drink was plain water. This was before 7 pm as I regularly try not to eat after seven. Respectfully, 💪🏿🙏🏾♥️💯
