They are different areas. Great Britain = England, Scotland and Wales. United Kingdom = England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland Miss Universe Ireland covers Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

X because United kingdom is a collection of countries like England, Scotland,Wales but they're individually represented as their own countries so great Britain is England. More so in miss world each is represented
