Hi! I have kind of a personal question but it regards hair removal! I was wondering if there’s a beauty salon with waxing service that crew members can use. Im so used to getting waxed instead of shaving with a razor so it would be nice knowing that. Also a hairdresser’s. Thank you so much and love your videos!

What are the requirements working on a cruise ship ?

That depends on the department you are working for. But you will have to get a medical certificate and certification that allows you to work on board.

how long are your vacations on land in between your comtracts?

That depends on the company I guess and on when they need you. My first vacation was 2 1/2 months because I wanted to stay home for Christmas and New Years. My second was only 6 weeks. Usually the vacation in my department is 2 months.
