Just imagine for 300 years Britishers ruled India and Looted India by imposing severe taxes on every Indian citizen. Before Britishers came to India, in 16th or 17th century India contributed almost 20-25% to world GDP and when they left India, our contribution to world GDP fell to only 2% and most of the Indians were even below poverty line. It is estimated that Britishers took almost $45 trillion from India during that time. If you add Inflation and all other factors to that amount on today, you can figure it out how much they took from India. Just Imagine that. That's the truth no western media talks about much.
