I offer free shipping for my tumblers ($20/tumbler & approx. $10-$12 for shipping) and I'm not making any sales and I worry that the price of the Tumbler with free shipping is $30 is too much. Can I get your thoughts?

I was wondering what type of fees are charged by the shipping company mentioned; i.e. Pirate Ship, Shopify, Shippo?

It's different for every company, but all of them are significantly less than Etsy :)
