My worst customer service experience was in Belgium, me and my family were driving through to go to the Netherlands (where I live) and we stopped at a gas station to use the restroom the lady behind the desk first gave us very dirty looks when we walked in, my dad asked her where the toilet was she told us there wasn’t a toilet even though there was one in the corner of the store, when we found it my dad asked her why she lied and she said that she didn’t think we were prepared to pay to go in (it’s literally 50 cents). I sure took my time in that restroom that’s for sure.

(I’m mixed race btw, super light skinned, but I look black still. I was wearing black jeans, combat boots (nice ones), a flannel and a Star Wars shirt, of course I’m a gang member), so I did what you did in the Starbucks one and kind of just laughed it off. Tbh, I couldn’t tell whether he was joking or not, he wasn’t really smiling until after I laughed and said “Umm, no.” Even if he was joking, though, I feel like that was an innapropriate thing to say. Like why would I be buying gang colors, because I’m black? 😑

Paris, would love to see part II! ~ The Lacoste incident blew me away. All incidents were awful, but I’ve worked retail professionally for over 12 years, and I was SHOCKED! Companies never EVER direct their staff to grab something from someone! Even *IF* they felt something dishonest was happening. The fact that she felt some sort of way and grabbed it is nuts. Dude i was flying southwest. And ordered a drink usually they give you the bottle of liqueur and a soda. This attendant mixed the drink herself and i guess there was water on the cup so it was watery asf. I asked her if she could bring the closed can and bottle because it was watery. She said “it has ice right” umm yea “well ICE MELTS” I looked at her like if she had ten heads. Thankfully another flt attendant heard her and he comped my drinks the rest of the flight.
