@raraantonio30315 жыл бұрын
Fluccich A which is my point he had apologized already before the video. And in the video he didn’t talk about “NOT apologizing” he said he doesn’t want to keep apologizing for the rest of his career. Does Jeffree say sorry every time he gets a new deal or does a new video? No, so why should anyone else. I mean black people are still upset that he said “n*gger” and he doesn’t care. As long as the money is flowing. The people who follow Kevin knew he apologized and said okay, including Ellen. Just saying it’s not fair and that’s obvious.

Girl....I appreciate the work she is doing with BGM (Black Girl Magic) but I have a feeling that def has some growth to do. First, she says that, "I liked Lady Gagas performance in a star is born...but not the movie" ...fair point...but then says when the fans came for her over this she made it about "MAGA the musical" and "White Privilege" and "Representation" ...which goes to show that she is willing to weaponize discussions on race and as someone that has these conversations all the time in order to benefit our community (as well as others) I think that's reckless. You can also tell she said some stupid shit because episode is cut up more than Adore Delanos tights. Lastly, that point about entrance taglines is SO FUCKING STUPID....Violet Chatchki was quoting Lady Miss Kier and Vixen was making a delcaration that she lived up to...and if the producers chose to show her in that light then its because she gave them that mess. I'm not saying there aren't more sides to Vixen but I do feel that she is standing strong in her "Truth" when she's sitting on shaky ground and maybe some time and growth will have her look back and go "Oop...I was a lil messy" .

Yes Jeffree apologized, but it's powerful that she put out the message that voting for your dollar is important. She stands for something and she's making the choice to not to support their projects

There's nothing wrong with examining the questionable hegemony of socially constructed archetypes and the people who are exemplary of those constructs, but picking an opposing position as a default response to nearly all of them does the opposite of opening dialogue. It eliminates discourse by creating polarizing binaries of who is right and who is wrong. She contradicts her supposed position by doing so.

I love the Vixen so much. Her discussion on #ProblematicPigment was so spot on and touched a very real issue of cancelling by convenience. I’ve also had an issue with Kim Petras and Dr Luke since I learned of her music. She’s even been on radio saying “I don’t think anyone I work with is a rapist. I’d never work with a rapist” only to apologize via tweet later. Still. She’s most likely in another contractual trap with that monster and the gays will support her no matter what and base it all in her being trans*. Another pop culture reference would be Azealia Banks. Cancelled so easily by the queer community but Jeffree and James and so many others are loved for half ass apologies.

Such a rubbish apology. The Vixen doesn't make any real acknowledgement of how horrible what she said was. If you don't like someone fair enough but to bring up stuff like that in the way she did is horrible. It made the world a slightly worse place and she could make it a slightly better one now by doing a proper apology but she won't.

Normally qweens came to Jonny to do a 360 on their public image and it cames good. This time.... The vixen is soo childish is boring, and her lewks aren't that sickening to support her attitude tbh. If she is soo pressed about everything maybe that industry and social media isn't for huh...

This a great example of someone who says they want representation and justice and all but borders on militant. She needs to gain a bit of wisdom and life experience to learn which battles are important to to win. She shoots down genuine criticism as children trolling. Or she blocks them if they have a big enough following. I got the distinct impression that she worries far too much about follower numbers and appearing woke. It’s very unproductive and unfair to blame someone for “”white privilege...” or victimize black people over everything. It’s sad because she’s a smart girl but this is product of living by confirmation biases. At what point do you stop categorizing the world according to “that’s racist” and actually learn about the root problems and how to facilitate real change instead of attempting to shame the world into order?

Disappointed in this entire interview. Just because a guest is sitting in front of you doesn't mean you can't call them out on their own bull shit. What she said about Sahara was unexcusable and shouldn't be just chuckled about because oh we know she just loses her temper and says things to hurt others when she's angry. That's just disgusting. And as far as Jeffree Star and wanting him to apologize maybe someone should tell her to check her facts before making such a statement. He has apologized which is more than I can say for her. She calls people out on their bullshit but doesn't see her own. What a hypocrite. I honestly cringed at some of the things said in this interview. And the really sad thing is behind all her bullshit there are many valid points that she calls out but unfortunately they get lost in the shuffle.

i have my opinions on the vixen that i’ll keep to myself. Now i do agree that she technically never started a fight in rpdr buuut can someone explain to me the fight in episode 3 because i’ve watched that episode like 4 times and to this day idk why The Vixen got mad or whatnot, i like that it happened because she spoke about an important issue (since a lot of rpdr watchers ere extremely racist and that’s disgusting) but i just never understood it. I get that aquaria pointed out the wig thing but the way she said it i took it as a joke, as a shady comment but not as a snarky comment, maybe i am more understanding since not all of my jokes land and so i took it as that, as a joke that didn’t land but i’d like to see someone else’s point of view. edit: also i’m aware that Aquaria and The Vixen are great friends now💗

Honestly Manila caused all of that drama. She made a joke when the Vixen wasn't feeling it and that message was sent loud and clear. Manila then decided to spark up drama with a person who again, very clearly, wanted nothing to do with her. The Vixen then went way too far and Manila got free sympathy because of it. Manila makes a douchey joke, Manila gets sympathy, Manila wins the battle. And she's the hero? She could have just not tweeted at the Vixen in the first place.
